Contact GH Builders. You will be visited by the owner of the company, chatting through your ideas are the starting point. GH Builders will discuss all options with you, size of project, possible layout, design, estimated time frame and the cost. One of the main selling points for GH Builders are that they are the only company you have to deal with throughout the project.
Planning is the first stage, GH Builders will go through any planning consent you may require, they can also assist you in applying to the relevant people to achieve this permission.
Materials
GH Builders know all the places to source the best building materials for the job. No cheap materials are used and are sourced locally if possible.
Contractors
GH Builders employees come from all different trades and are all qualified tradesmen in their relevant fields. This means that all the work is carried out by the one company and no subcontractors are required, which can result in delay.
Cost
Obviously cost is a major part of the project, all quotations are agreed and provided in writing before work commences. This gives you peace of mind that you are in your budget (if any extra work is required this will be explained before carried out)

My wife Yvonne and I wish to commend the excellent work done by Gordon Havey and his team at GH Builders.
The project was the conversion of our integral garage into a small sitting room and utility room. Gordon discussed our requirements and recommended an excellent architect, James Baird. As soon as our plans were approved by the council, we were given a very reasonable estimate of the price and work started right away.
Gordon organized a schedule so that his joiner, plumber, electrician, bricklayer and plasterers were each able to do his part without a day being wasted. Gordon himself dropped by once, sometimes twice, a day to make sure that everything was running smoothly.
The tradesmen themselves were very respectful and polite, especially Sandy Marshall, the joiner, who is perhaps best described as a "Gentleman of the Old School", and who always had time to explain exactly why it was necessary to do things in a particular way.
The work was finished to a very high, professional standard exactly on time and exactly on budget.
